I korthet

We are seeking a Production Manager in Jiangyin City to lead and develop production units, ensuring they meet short to mid-term goals and customer expectations. The role involves implementing management systems, managing projects, overseeing unit performance (including safety, quality, delivery, and cost), and driving continuous improvement activities.

Ansvarsområden

  • Develop and coordinate the unit, ensuring short to mid-term goals and customer expectations are met.
  • Implement ISO, AEO, ASME, PV management systems.
  • Coordinate across departments, manage project delivery, risks, and changes for efficient ETO order execution.
  • Oversee unit performance and output, including financial KPIs.
  • Set and track unit targets aligned with factory priorities.
  • Drive unit development and ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are met.
  • Approve and ensure adherence to Standardized Work & SOPs.
  • Participate in factory operational planning.
  • Update unit costing and manage budgets.
  • Lead Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement activities and ensure results.
  • Ensure ALPS implementation, including Lean Six Sigma and 5S.
  • Be present to identify and address unit's real problems.
  • Support NPD and provide input to EPD.
  • Set up and maintain BCM within the unit.

Krav

  • Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant Leadership and management experience.
  • Over 5 years of experience in a production/manufacturing company.
  • Experience with improvement tools such as 5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Certified GB is a plus.
  • Project work experience is a plus.
