ABB is seeking a Production Engineering Specialist in Vaesteras, Sweden, to support and develop production processes. This role focuses on optimizing efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness through data analysis, problem-solving, and project management. An Engineering Degree and experience in production or process work are preferred, with Lean Six Sigma being beneficial.

Ansvarsområden

  • Develop and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness, including continuous balancing of production lines.
  • Identify and solve production-related challenges using creative and effective solutions based on data analysis and performance trends.
  • Lead and support improvement initiatives by managing projects focused on workflow optimization and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor and analyze production data to uncover improvement opportunities and drive strategic decisions.

Krav

  • Engineering Degree or another relevant Academic Background.
  • Self-motivated individual who takes initiative in solving problems.
  • Driven and analytical person who understands complex relationships, takes initiative, and makes well-informed decisions to solve problems effectively.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English written and spoken.
  • Positive and proactive mindset, collaborative, clear in communication and result-oriented personality that enjoy solving problems.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience from working in production or working with processes, where you’ve gained a practical understanding of how things connect and flow.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green belt is beneficial.
