Production Engineering Manager

Responsibilities：工作职责

1. Department management: Oversee the daily operations of the Engineering department, coordinating workflows amount RD, production, quality, logistics and other related departments.

全面负责工程部门的日常管理工作，统筹协调与设计、生产、质量、物流及其它相关部门的工作衔接。

2. The engineering department is responsible for implementing designs developed by R&D into actual manufacturing operations, including establishment of production lines, BOM setting, and the development of jigs and fixtures. 工程部门主要负责将研发的产品设计到工厂的落地，包括生产线的搭建与优化，BOM的维护，工装夹具的设计与改进。
3. The engineering department is responsible for the issue of overall production line work instructions.

工程部门负责整体WI的编制和发放。

4. The engineering department is responsible for the ECN tracking and closing, as well as reviewing, issuing, and version-controlling engineering drawings, to ensure that the latest valid versions are used on the production and relevant departments.

工程部门负责ECN的追踪与闭环管理，已确保工程图纸的审核，发放和版本控制，确保现场和相关部门使用最新最有效版本。

5. Team building & Talent Development: Oversea recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and succession planning for the engineering team to continuously enhance technical capabilities.

负责团队建设与人才培养：负责工程团队人员的招聘、培训、绩效考核与梯队建设，提升团队整体的技术能力和凝聚力。

Requirement：职位要求

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation control, or a related field. 本科及以上学历，机械工程、电气工程、自动化控制或相关专业。
2. Experience:5+ years of engineering management experience with at least 3 years in the automatic door industry.
3. Programming skills: Proficient in PLC programming. 熟练掌握PLC变成能力。
4. Management skills: Team management experience with strong communication, coordination, decision-making, and project management capabilities. 管理能力：具备丰富的团队管理经验，良好的沟通协调能力，决策能力和项目管理能力。
5. Drawing & Standards: Ability to read and review mechanical, electrical drawings; familiar with international standards such as ISO, EC, CE, ect. 图纸与标准：能熟练阅读和审核机械图纸，电气图纸，熟悉ISO等一系列质量相关体系。
6. Language skills: Good command of written and spoken English for technical documentation and internal customer commutations (this is a must) . 语言能力：具备良好的英语读写能力，能够进行技术文档的编写以及和国际客户的沟通（必须项）。
7. Other requirement: Strong sense of responsibility and excellent problem-solving skills and can work under pressure. 其他要求：责任心强，具有较强的抗压能力以及解决问题的能力。
