ASSA ABLOY is seeking a Production Engineer in Jiangsu, China. This role involves managing new product introductions, setting up BOM and Routing in ERP, preparing documentation, training operators, and optimizing production processes for cost reduction. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering and 5 years of experience.

Ansvarsområden

  • Manage new product trial runs and mass production tracking.
  • Set up BOM and Routing in the ERP system, ensuring alignment with drawing requirements.
  • Establish suitable production processes based on R&D drawings.
  • Improve processes, reduce costs, and increase productivity in collaboration with other departments.
  • Provide product training and technical support to employees.
  • Establish and track technical documentation and procedures.
  • Set up and maintain assembly lines and the ERP system.
  • Review and close ECNs.
  • Maintain and analyze the list of standard products.
  • Coordinate and communicate on related projects throughout the process.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Five years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering.
  • Experience with ERP system configuration and programming is preferred.
  • Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Experience in leading new product introductions and implementing ECNs.
  • Strong ability to solve and analyze production process issues using FMEA/SPC.
  • Good written and spoken communication skills.
  • Proficient in Office software and AutoCAD.
  • Fluent English speaking and writing skills.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience in ERP system configuration and programming.
  • Knowledge of Lean production and experience in Lean-related work.
  • Good ability to solve and analyze production issues.
  • Familiarity with FMEA/SPC.
  • Proficiency in Office and AutoCAD software.
