Edwards is seeking a Product Sustaining Engineer (TMS) in Bristol, UK, to provide ongoing support, maintenance, and lifecycle management for Thermal Management Solutions products. This hybrid role requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and 3-5 years of experience in product development or sustaining engineering.

Ansvarsområden

  • Own assigned TMS product lines throughout their lifecycle, ensuring products remain reliable, competitive, manufacturable, and cost effective.
  • Lead product improvements, engineering changes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues from manufacturing, suppliers, field service, and customers.
  • Develop innovative mechanical and electromechanical solutions for thermal management applications.
  • Create and maintain engineering documentation, including 3D CAD models, drawings, specifications, and Bills of Materials.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, sales, and engineering teams.

Krav

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in product development, sustaining engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related technical environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Product Design Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent industry experience).
  • Strong experience supporting commercially released products and managing engineering changes throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Proficiency with 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, Inventor, Creo, or similar).
  • Ability to create and interpret detailed engineering drawings.
  • Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience with thermal management systems, heating systems, fluid control systems, sensors, or similar industrial equipment would be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with software configurations, control systems, reliability improvement, and manufacturing processes is desirable.
