I korthet

Responsible for managing and optimizing Guidewire PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter platforms. This role involves overseeing customization, configuration, and maintenance to ensure seamless policy administration and claims management processes meet business requirements.

Ansvarsområden

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into system configurations within Guidewire PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter.
  • Perform system configurations, data migrations, and integrations to support policy administration processes in PolicyCenter.
  • Manage the implementation of claim management functionalities in ClaimCenter, including workflows and rules configurations.
  • Conduct system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations of PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter.
  • Provide user training and support for effective utilization of Guidewire platforms.
  • Stay updated on the latest features and upgrades of Guidewire PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter to recommend enhancements.

Krav

  • Proficiency in Guidewire PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter modules.
  • Strong understanding of insurance policy administration and claim management processes.
  • Ability to customize and configure Guidewire applications to meet business requirements.
  • Experience in data migration, integration, and system testing within Guidewire platforms.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve system issues efficiently.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Certification in Guidewire PolicyCenter and/or ClaimCenter is preferred.
