- Represent and be an ambassador for product recovery, quality, and safety awareness.
- Collaborate with other functions on product quality, safety, and recovery routines.
Krav
- Customer-focused, commercial mindset with a drive to achieve results.
- Experience in a customer-facing retail or commercial environment.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work efficiently, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence to take initiative and work independently.
- An eye for detail and an understanding of merchandising and customer behavior.
- Practical experience using hand and power tools for product assembly and maintenance.
- Knowledge of IKEA products, sustainability principles, and quality and safety standards.
- Comfort using digital tools and systems.
- Physical ability to move throughout the store and lift products weighing up to 50 lbs.
