This role at IKEA Dongbusan focuses on contributing to product quality, safety, and recovery processes to enhance customer perception and shopping experience. You will be responsible for presenting and selling IKEA products from the circular hub, setting prices, and acting as an ambassador for product quality and safety within the unit.

Ansvarsområden

  • Take necessary actions to give products a second chance through sales, repackaging, or spare parts management at the circular hub.
  • Present and sell IKEA products from the circular hub with strong communication to support sales, setting attractive prices.
  • Determine the timing and method of product recovery, always considering sustainability impact.
  • Become an ambassador for product recovery, quality, and safety awareness within the unit.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to follow consistent work routines and processes related to product quality, safety, and recovery.
  • Support and execute product quality and safety related tasks within the unit to enhance customer perception of IKEA product quality.

Krav

  • Appropriate knowledge of the IKEA product range.
  • Appropriate understanding of product sales techniques and how to create commercially attractive circular hub products and services.
  • Appropriate understanding of customer behavior in an omnichannel retail environment.
  • Appropriate understanding of resource management (waste management) and sustainability principles.
  • Appropriate knowledge of using IT systems and other tools in daily work.
  • Appropriate knowledge of how our role contributes to product recovery, quality, and safety processes within the IKEA unit.
  • Appropriate knowledge of in-store product recovery, quality, and safety processes.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • 1 year or more of IKEA work experience preferred for internal applicants.
  • Basic understanding of how Recovery and Quality tasks affect the unit's profit and loss.
  • Express previous IKEA work experience on the application.
