SEB is seeking a Product Owner to enhance their Internal Identity & Access Management, specifically focusing on Privileged Access Management (PAM). The position is hybrid, located in Solna, Sweden, with an application deadline of October 7th, 2026.

Ansvarsområden

  • Define and drive the product roadmap for Privileged Access Management (PAM).
  • Prioritize features that enhance security, automation, and user experience.
  • Translate business needs into solutions by working closely with engineers and stakeholders across Security, Risk, Compliance, and IT.
  • Manage the product backlog and ensure successful delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and introduce new capabilities.
  • Align PAM services with industry best practices.

Krav

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within Identity & Access Management (IAM).
  • Several years of experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM).
  • Hands-on experience with leading PAM and IAM market solutions such as CyberArk, Microsoft Entra ID, or similar.
  • Proven experience driving security improvements, automation, and process optimization within the PAM area.
  • Experience working with AGILE methodology.
  • Strong understanding of risk management principles, security governance, and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience supporting regulatory requirements, audit activities, and remediation of audit findings.
  • Proven experience in vendor management, including budget ownership, cost control, negotiations, and ensuring vendor services are delivered within agreed financial targets.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and drive complex initiatives across business and technology teams.
  • Ability to lead, influence, and drive change without direct authority.
  • Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience within banking, financial services or other highly regulated industries is an advantage.
  • Experience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Segregation of Duties (SoD), and Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes is an advantage.
