Accenture seeks a skilled Product Owner in Newcastle to define product vision, manage the backlog, and ensure successful delivery in an Agile environment. Ansvarsområden

Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and goals.
Partner with stakeholders to co-create product strategy and serve as proxy Product Owner.
Maintain and refine the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Collaborate with Business Analysts and UCD teams to gather and document requirements.
Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams.
Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews).
Oversee sprint planning and execution, identifying risks and dependencies.
Develop and execute product rollout and scaling strategies.
Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, security best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Krav

5+ years of experience in product management or a related role, preferably in consulting.
Demonstrated leadership in mentoring Product Owners or Business Analysts.
Proven expertise managing the full product lifecycle (ideation, discovery, launch, enhancements, maintenance).
Hands-on experience in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe environments.
Utilisation of Agile project management tools like JIRA & Confluence.
Strong grasp of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and digital transformation.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and shaping product strategy.
Ability to establish and implement mechanisms for measuring and delivering business benefits.
Demonstrated innovation in solution design and delivery.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Professional Certifications (PSPO, CSPO, SAFe POPM, IIBA-CPOA).
Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Ability to apply Government Digital Service (GDS) principles.
Proven experience leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) technologies.
Strong knowledge of UX/UI best practices.
Industry experience in public sector, finance, healthcare, or telecommunications.
