Ansvarsområden

  • Formulate and communicate a long-term product vision aligned with strategic goals and market trends.
  • Establish product roadmaps incorporating quick wins and scalable enhancements.
  • Build strong partnerships with business unit leaders, functional experts, and IT teams.
  • Manage the product backlog rigorously by writing detailed epics and user stories with precise acceptance criteria.
  • Lead agile ceremonies to enable on-time delivery of high-quality product increments.
  • Advocate for customer needs by leveraging feedback, analytics, and UX collaboration.
  • Ensure all product development activities abide by organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and security standards.
  • Define meaningful KPIs to assess product success and provide regular updates to senior leadership.

Krav

  • A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in IT, product management, digital platforms, or application delivery.
  • A minimum of 5 years in a Product Owner or equivalent leadership role.
  • Proven track record managing complex enterprise-level digital products, with experience in SaaS platforms and large-scale business systems.
  • Strong proficiency in Agile and Scrum frameworks, with demonstrated success in guiding cross-disciplinary teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with technical professionals and business stakeholders.

  • Possession of formal Product Owner certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, SAFe POPM) is highly desirable.
