Product Manager responsible for Microsoft Defender for Office 365, a critical security solution for email and collaboration within the Microsoft XDR portfolio. This role involves end-to-end product ownership, strategy definition, customer engagement, and close collaboration with engineering and design teams to drive innovation in AI-powered security.

Ansvarsområden

Own a feature area within Defender for Office 365 end to end, defining problems, shaping requirements, building the backlog, and driving execution.
Contribute to the area's strategy and roadmap in partnership with the area lead.
Work directly with customers and partners to gather feedback and inform product decisions.
Define and track success criteria for your area, using data to drive adoption and quality improvements.
Partner with marketing, business planning, customer success, and support for successful release.
Collaborate across the Defender suite, including XDR, identity, endpoint, and data teams.

Krav

4+ years of experience as a product manager.
2+ years in security products for Enterprise organizations.
Proven track record of shipping software products or services and owning them after launch.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; comfortable working from data.
Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
Great listener with genuine customer empathy.
Team player, confident, independent, curious, and enthusiastic.
BA/BSc in Computer Science or a related technical field.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Advantage: hands-on background in email security, threat detection, SOC workflows, or XDR.
Advantage: experienced in deep-tech security products for large enterprises.
