Qualcomm China is seeking a Product Manager for Machine Learning (up to Staff level) in Shanghai. This role involves shaping future NPU hardware architectures, focusing on ML, foundation models (LLM, etc.), and generative AI technologies to meet the evolving requirements of China OEMs and the market. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in product management within the mobile computing or silicon industry.

Ansvarsområden

  • Execute product and technology roadmaps in collaboration with Engineering, Marketing, Business Development, and Sales teams.
  • Define and execute Snapdragon intelligent computing platform strategy and manage China-specific product requirements.
  • Translate partner requirements into platform specifications and influence future NPU hardware architecture evolution.
  • Drive efficient heterogeneous computing across NPU, CPU, GPU, ISP, and other processing engines.
  • Manage customer and partner relationships and identify opportunities for differentiated products.
  • Identify market trends, lead competitive analysis, and contribute to future Snapdragon platform planning.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Planning, or Product Development.
  • Strong experience with NPU architecture and familiarity with the silicon ecosystem.
  • Good understanding of SoC integration specifications.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Foundation models (LLM, LVM, MLLM, ViT, DiT, CNN, RNN, LSTM, etc.).
  • Ability to drive projects effectively in cross-functional and international teams.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to quickly understand complex technical concepts and communicate them clearly.
  • Native fluency in Mandarin Chinese and exceptional English communication skills.
  • Comfortable presenting advanced topics related to foundation models, ML systems, NPU architecture, heterogeneous computing, and edge inference platforms.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Related technical disciplines.
  • Experience in silicon platform development, SoC architecture, or advanced computing technologies is a strong plus.
  • Experience with NPU hardware, Model deployment frameworks, Foundation models, Generative model optimization, and On-device inference technologies is highly desirable.
  • Experience applying machine learning technologies to multimedia workloads (image, audio, video, gaming, user interaction) is a plus.
