As a Product Manager for Industrial Cooling Systems, you will drive growth by supporting customer centers in sales and leading new product development initiatives. This hybrid role in Castello D'Agogna, Italy, requires technical knowledge of cooling solutions and strong communication skills.

Ansvarsområden

  • Launch new products and support training programs for customer centers.
  • Provide sales tools and information to highlight product benefits and competitive advantages.
  • Identify new applications and segments where products and solutions can add value.
  • Offer excellent and fast support to Sales & Marketing teams.
  • Participate in customer visits and events a few times per year.
  • Create business cases for new products and solutions, and write Master Specifications.
  • Actively participate in PTM and TCM teams.
  • Ensure a short Time to Market for new products, with all sales tools ready before launch.

Krav

  • Technical knowledge of Chillers, Coolers, and Total Cooling solutions is a must.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and ability to take initiative.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Team player capable of cooperating with multiple stakeholders.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience in Industrial Cooling systems.
  • Experience in product launches.
  • Experience in creating business cases.
  • Experience in writing specifications.
  • Experience working with PTM and TCM teams.
  • Familiarity with calculation tools and technical data sheets.
