Ansvarsområden
- Lead ACV’s oil-injected screw technology portfolio, driving profitable growth.
- Translate market and customer needs into product specifications and initiate new product development.
- Manage product performance, lifecycle, and competitive product roadmap.
- Define ACV product positioning, analyze market pricing, and establish value-based pricing.
- Develop communication plans, lead product launches, and create training materials.
- Identify key segments and applications for targeted products and explore business potential.
- Work with BDM & Application Managers to enhance sales force competence.
- Develop sales support tools and assist sales with key projects.
- Monitor market position and analyze sales results vs market potential.
- Collaborate with internal departments and other divisions to leverage business synergies.
Krav
- Experience in technical/sales/marketing roles within AC group or an international Group.
- Good business/commercial awareness and ability to analyze business opportunities.
- Degree level in an engineering or science discipline.
- Strong influencing, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Competence in intercultural cooperation.
- English: Full professional proficiency both speaking and written is a must.
- International travel will be required.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Comprehensive technical knowledge of vacuum science, vacuum products and a good understanding of their applications shall be considered as a plus.
- Knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
