This full-time, permanent role involves implementing product line strategies, managing P&L, driving commercial initiatives, and optimizing product portfolios in the local market. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of product management experience, strong financial acumen, and excellent influencing skills.
Ansvarsområden
- Execute Product Line strategy in the local market
- Own P&L for Taste category
- Lead local Care commercial alignment (Commercial Triangle)
- Drive competitive pricing, promotions, and market share growth
- Manage product lifecycle (phase in/out, portfolio optimization)
- Monitor market trends and support new product development
- Build strong cross-functional and customer relationships
- Ensure local compliance and regulatory alignment
- Plan and execute product launches
- Own budget and strategic planning for the Taste category
- Own account plans in the supported market
- Drive listings and partnerships with key customers
- Monitor and accelerate sell-out performance
- Lead pricing and promotional planning
- Execute campaigns and commercial activations
Krav
- Fluent English and Greek
- Proven experience (3–5 years) in product management
- Strong experience in P&L ownership, financial analysis, and business case development
- Proven track record of driving product strategy, commercialization, and growth initiatives
- Strong ability to influence cross‑functional teams and drive alignment in a matrixed organization
