Ansvarsområden
- Provide financial analysis and actionable insights to support business decisions for Product Line, Local Category Management, R&D, and Finance stakeholders.
- Analyze Product Line and portfolio performance, including revenue, volume, pricing, margins, costs, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop, evaluate, and maintain business cases for product development and New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
- Monitor projects and product launches against approved business cases and targets, identifying deviations and recommending corrective actions.
- Support R&D controlling activities such as target setting, budgeting, forecasting, CAPEX, and variance analysis.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for business and portfolio reviews.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and finance transformation initiatives, enhancing financial models and reporting.
Krav
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience developing business cases and performing scenario, profitability, ROI, NPV, payback, and sensitivity analyses.
- Experience in Controlling, FP&A, Business Finance, Product Finance, or a related area, preferably in a product-based or manufacturing environment.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Familiarity with ERP and BI tools such as SAP and Power BI.
- Strong understanding of P&L composition, product costing, pricing, SG&A, margin analysis, CAPEX, and investment evaluation methodologies.
- Ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights and recommendations.
- Advanced English and Intermediate Spanish.
