As a Product Engineering Senior Manager, you will define and drive product strategy across complex product portfolios, ensuring customer needs, business goals, and technology capabilities are aligned to deliver measurable outcomes. You will lead the evolution of product vision, champion human-centered design, and oversee product roadmaps that create sustainable client value. You will work closely with senior executives, business stakeholders, engineering leaders, designers, and delivery teams to shape product direction.

Ansvarsområden

  • Establish and communicate a compelling product vision aligned to client and business objectives.
  • Bring the voice of the customer into strategic product decisions through research, insights, market signals, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Drive long-term product strategy while balancing short-term delivery priorities.
  • Own and govern product roadmaps across multiple products, programs, or value streams.
  • Ensure prioritization decisions are based on customer value, business impact, delivery feasibility, and strategic objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure product outcomes deliver meaningful client and customer value.
  • Establish outcome-based success metrics and monitor performance against objectives.
  • Promote human-centered design, customer research, and iterative product discovery practices.
  • Sponsor experimentation through prototypes, pilots, usability testing, and structured feedback mechanisms.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor product managers, product owners, and cross-functional product teams.
  • Establish product management best practices, governance models, and operating rhythms.
  • Define and improve product operating frameworks, processes, and governance models.
  • Drive adoption of Agile and modern product management methodologies.
  • Champion transparency through portfolio reporting, product performance reviews, and executive communications.

Krav

  • Proven experience leading product management, product ownership, or digital product strategy functions.
  • Extensive experience defining and executing product strategies, roadmaps, and portfolio plans.
  • Strong expertise in customer research, customer-centric design, and translating insights into business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex stakeholder environments and influencing executive decision-making.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams across product, engineering, design, and business functions.
  • Deep understanding of Agile, product operating models, and iterative product delivery.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and leadership skills with the ability to drive alignment at all organizational levels.
  • Experience managing large-scale transformation initiatives or enterprise-level product ecosystems.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience overseeing multiple products, platforms, or digital transformation programs.
  • Knowledge of product analytics, experimentation frameworks, and evidence-based product management.
  • Experience implementing product operating models within large organizations.
  • Familiarity with customer journey mapping, service design, and innovation methodologies.
  • Experience leading global or distributed product teams.
  • Certifications in Product Management, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Design Thinking, or related disciplines.
