Metrologic Group is seeking a Senior Product Director to lead the evolution of their metrology software product line. This role involves streamlining a complex portfolio, driving UX/UI modernization, and defining product strategy in industrial metrology settings. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of B2B product management experience and a strong understanding of software-hardware integration.

Ansvarsområden

  • Own and drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for a metrology software portfolio.
  • Define product positioning, key differentiators, and value proposition.
  • Rationalize and streamline the portfolio, addressing technical and UX debt.
  • Lead UX/UI transformation to improve usability and user satisfaction.
  • Implement market- and customer-led prioritization for product decisions.
  • Coach product specialists and technical experts in product management best practices.
  • Champion data-informed decision-making and track product performance.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally and the face of the product externally.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales on Go-To-Market strategies.
  • Act as a change agent to support portfolio transformation and foster alignment.

Krav

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B product management, ideally in industrial, manufacturing, or engineering software.
  • Demonstrated success managing and transforming complex software portfolios.
  • Strong understanding of software-hardware integration; experience with mechatronic systems or sensor-based industrial devices is a plus.
  • Proven experience leading change and transformation initiatives in cross-functional organizations.
  • Familiarity with various software delivery methodologies.
  • Strategic thinking with an ability to balance hands-on execution and long-term planning.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience working in and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Proficiency in English is a must.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • An advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.
  • French language proficiency is a great advantage; other languages are a plus.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to influence without formal authority.

Förmåner

  • Regular travel is required (approximately 50%).
  • Full-time, Permanent Contract.
  • Based in Europe (Remote or Hybrid).
