I korthet

As a Product Development Centre Specialist at Tetra Pak's Gotemba facility, you will support innovation by assisting with product trials, equipment operation, and technical support for customers. This role involves client interaction, hands-on equipment management, and contributing to the development of new food processing and packaging solutions.

Ansvarsområden

  • Support project leaders in the pilot plant for customer product trials.
  • Conduct pre-trial meetings to understand customer requirements.
  • Prepare and operate equipment for trials.
  • Provide technical support from process, packaging, and industrial engineering perspectives.
  • Assist in creating trial reports and providing customer feedback.
  • Manage equipment preparation, operation, and maintenance.
  • Oversee on-site management including 5S principles.
  • Support the smooth progression of trial projects.

Krav

  • Native level Japanese.
  • Conversational English level.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a role related to maintenance or upkeep of mechanical equipment.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience in process development or evaluation of process conditions.
  • Experience in product management or equipment management.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety, hygienic design, and food industry standards, practices, and regulations.
  • Basic understanding of the nutritional industry and raw materials.
