Volvo do Brasil is seeking a Product Cost Controller in Curitiba to calculate Standard Cost of Sales for the Bus portfolio, support the Commercial area with sales prices, and monitor sales margins. This graduate-level position requires an engineering degree, experience in cost controlling, and technical skills in SAP and the Microsoft Power Platform.
Ansvarsområden
- Calculate Standard Cost of Sales (SCS) for the Bus portfolio.
- Support the Commercial area in setting sales prices and monitoring/optimizing sales margins.
- Ensure integration and communication between Bus Operations, Purchasing, Technology, and Engineering.
- Daily calculation of material structure and pricing for variants (options).
- Verify and adjust orders in SICA for invoiced and produced units.
- Review and ensure accuracy of the Bill of Materials (BOM) for reference vehicles.
- Conduct weekly and monthly closing of invoices and produced units in the ISSA system.
- Monitor monthly variance between standard surcharge and average cost.
- Lead the annual standard cost calculation process for vehicles.
- Update material structure and cost of options for reference vehicles.
- Deliver SCS for reference vehicles to the Commercial area.
Krav
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
- Technical knowledge of how the product works.
- Prior experience in Cost Controlling, Cost Engineering, or related areas (preferably industrial/manufacturing).
- Ability to evaluate parts structure (BOM) and analyze end-to-end processes.
- Proficiency in SAP and related systems (SICA, ISSA, CICS).
- Proficiency in Power Platform (Microsoft 365): Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataflow, Datamart.
- Experience with Python for automation and data analysis, and MS SQL (Azure).
- Advanced/fluent English level.
