Ansvarsområden
- Create and develop cost reduction projects to meet company goals.
- Lead individual Cost Reduction (CR) projects.
- Create/update drawings, Part approvals (AA/FT), ECR/ECN, and BOM.
- Solve issues related to running and implemented projects.
- Support CR team activities and summarize/report on CR projects.
- Request and control sample parts/products.
- Monitor stock and new part implementation.
- Support some activities of the PC team.
Krav
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in Part/Product Development in the R&D department of the home appliances industry.
- Experienced in Cost Reduction projects is preferred.

- Knowledge of Products, Refrigerators Products, Refrigerators Module, Refrigerators Technology, Material Knowledge, Tooling Knowledge, Manufacturing Process, Software Tools, Standard and Validation, Product Development Process, Engineering Change Process, and Financial Knowledge.
- Skills in Jobs Planning and Prioritizing, Tracking, Monitoring and Organization, Analytical skill, Engineering and Technical skill, Problem solving & Decision making, Collaboration, Communication, Reporting and Presentation, Manufacturing Pre & Post processing, Cost Structure and Estimation, and Teardown & Benchmarking.
