I korthet

Lead Sandvik's global Cyber Defense Center, overseeing security operations, incident response, and vulnerability management. This on-site role in Stockholm requires strong cybersecurity expertise and leadership to protect company assets and enable innovation.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead and develop the Cyber Defense Center, its leaders and teams.
  • Define and drive the strategic roadmap for cyber defense services.
  • Strengthen Sandvik’s ability to prevent, detect and respond to cyber threats.
  • Partner with cybersecurity, IT, business stakeholders and senior leaders to align priorities.

Krav

  • Deep cybersecurity expertise with senior leadership and operational management experience.
  • Experience leading cyber defense, security operations or security engineering teams in a global environment.
  • Strong expertise in threat detection and response and security operations processes and technology.
  • Experience delivering security services, including managed security providers.
  • Proven ability to lead leaders, drive change and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Fluent English.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience from industrial, manufacturing or other complex operational environments is an advantage.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM or GIAC are considered beneficial.
  • A people-centered leadership style.
  • Comfortable discussing both strategy with senior leaders and technical challenges with security specialists.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
