I korthet

As a Senior Compliance Associate in Amazon's Global Solutions & Risk Compliance (GSRC) team, you will review product information against regulations and SOPs, classify products using Amazon-specific tools, and ensure compliance. You will collaborate with managers and process experts, maintain records, identify improvement opportunities, and mentor peers.

Ansvarsområden

  • Review product information against Standard Operations Procedures (SOP) and regulatory documentation.
  • Classify products to ensure compliance with availability requirements on Amazon using various tools and systems.
  • Collaborate with managers and Process Experts to address deviations from SOPs and seek guidance.
  • Maintain detailed records of assigned tasks and utilize standardized reports to prioritize work and meet targets.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement, such as automating reports using Excel queries.
  • Share feedback on the team's SOPs to refine operational processes.
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute expertise.
  • Mentor peers by answering queries and providing process-level training.

Krav

  • Ability to use Microsoft Excel for filtering and sorting data sets, cell referencing, pivot tables, and data validation.
  • Basic understanding of SQL for self-servicing defined queries and making simple data retrieval changes.
  • Knowledgeable in Customer Relationship Management tools for managing customer data and tracking interactions.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to analyze and identify patterns across data sets and information.
  • Problem-solving skills using logic, intuition, creativity, and design thinking.
  • Commitment to investigation, research, and deep diving to seek facts.
  • Ability to understand, interpret, critique, analyze, and communicate data.
  • Experience working with the MS Office suite (Microsoft Office suite) including Word, Excel, and Outlook in a professional environment.
  • Experience in oral and written communication in English.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or other related field.
  • Knowledge of consumer product compliance processes and regulations.

  • 1+ years of data-driven business operations processes experience.
  • Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level.
  • Knowledge of basic SQL queries.
  • Experience working in a fast-moving consumer business.
