Amazon's Global Solutions and Risk Compliance (GSRC) team is seeking a Senior Compliance Associate in Pune, India. This role involves reviewing product information against regulatory documentation, classifying products using Amazon-specific tools, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The associate will collaborate with managers, Process Experts, and partner teams, identify improvement opportunities, and mentor peers.

Ansvarsområden

  • Review product information as per Standard Operations Procedures (SOP) and cross-check against regulatory documentation.
  • Classify products using Amazon-specific tools to ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with managers, Process Experts, and partner teams to address deviations and seek guidance.
  • Maintain detailed records of assigned tasks and utilize standardized reports to meet Quality, Productivity, and Service Level Agreement targets.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement, such as automating reports using Excel queries.
  • Share feedback on team SOPs to refine operational processes.
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and mentor peers by answering queries and providing process-level training.

Krav

  • Ability to use Microsoft Excel (filtering, sorting, cell referencing, pivot tables, data validation).
  • Basic understanding of SQL for self-service queries and simple data retrieval.
  • Knowledgeable in Customer Relationship Management tools for managing customer data and tracking interactions.
  • Attention to detail and ability to analyze and identify patterns across data sets.
  • Problem-solving skills, utilizing logic, intuition, creativity, and design thinking.
  • Commitment to investigation, research, and seeking facts.
  • Ability to understand, interpret, critique, analyze, and communicate data.
  • English proficiency in verbal and written communication.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or business.
  • Knowledge of consumer product compliance processes and regulations.
  • Knowledge of database query technologies (SQL).
  • Experience in regulatory compliance management with government agencies.
  • 2+ years of work experience in Business Process Outsourcing in accounting, regulatory compliance, payment processing, IT services, human resources, or quality assurance.
  • Advanced Excel skills (VBA).
  • Experience as a quality auditor in retail chain management, FMCG company, or corporate role.
  • Experience with data analysis in quantitative fields and building data and decision support systems.
