Ansvarsområden

  • Review latest product information as per Standard Operations Procedures (SOP) and cross-check against relevant regulatory documentation.
  • Classify products using Amazon-specific tools to ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with managers and Process Experts to address deviations from SOPs.
  • Maintain detailed records of assigned tasks and utilize standardized reports to prioritize work.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement, potentially automating reports using Excel queries.
  • Share feedback on team SOPs to refine operational processes.
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and provide process-level training to peers.
  • Mentor peers by answering queries and providing process-level training.

Krav

  • Ability to use Microsoft Excel for filtering, sorting, cell referencing, pivot tables, and data validation.
  • Basic understanding of SQL for self-servicing defined queries and making simple changes to retrieve data.
  • Knowledgeable in Customer Relationship Management tools for managing customer data and tracking interactions.
  • Attention to detail and ability to analyze and identify patterns across data sets and information.
  • Problem-solving skills, using logic, intuition, creativity, and design thinking.
  • Commitment to investigation, research, and diving deep to seek facts.
  • Ability to understand, interpret, critique, analyze, and communicate data.
  • Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or business.
  • Knowledge of consumer product compliance processes and regulations.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • 2+ years of work experience in Business Process Outsourcing in domains like accounting, regulatory compliance, payment processing, IT services, human resources, or quality assurance.
  • Advanced Excel skills (VBA).
  • Experience with database querying (SQL).
  • Experience as a quality auditor in retail chain management, Fast Moving Consumer Goods company, or a corporate role.
  • Experience with data analysis in quantitative fields and building data and decision support systems.
