Amazon's Global Solutions and Risk Compliance (GSRC) team is seeking a Senior Compliance Associate in Pune, India. This role involves reviewing product information against SOPs and regulatory documentation, classifying products for compliance, and using Amazon-specific tools. The associate will collaborate with managers and process experts, maintain records, and identify opportunities for process improvement, potentially automating reports using Excel queries.

Ansvarsområden

  • Review product information as per Standard Operations Procedures (SOP) and cross-check against relevant regulatory documentation.
  • Classify products using Amazon-specific tools and systems to ensure compliance requirements are met.
  • Work closely with managers and Process Experts to address deviations from SOPs and seek guidance.
  • Maintain detailed records of assigned tasks and utilize standardized reports to prioritize work.
  • Meet Quality, Productivity, and Service Level Agreement targets.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and collaborate with partner teams to explore automation, such as using Excel queries.
  • Share feedback on the team's SOPs to contribute to operational process refinement.
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute expertise.
  • Support peers by answering queries and providing process-level training as a mentor.

Krav

  • Ability to use Microsoft Excel tool (filtering and sorting in data sets, cell referencing, pivot tables, data validation, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of SQL, with the ability to self-service defined queries and make simple changes to retrieve data from a database.
  • Knowledgeable in Customer Relationship Management tools, managing customer data and tracking interactions.
  • Attention to detail and ability to analyze and identify patterns across data sets and information.
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to find solutions through logic, intuition, creativity, and design thinking.
  • Commitment to investigation, research, and diving deep to seek facts.
  • Ability to understand, interpret, critique, analyze, and communicate data.
  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or business.
  • Knowledge of consumer product compliance processes and regulations.
  • English proficiency in verbal and written communication.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Knowledge of database query technologies (SQL).
  • Experience in regulatory compliance management with government agencies.
  • 2+ years of work experience in Business Process Outsourcing in any of the following domains: accounting, regulatory compliance, payment processing, IT services, human resources, quality assurance.
  • Advanced Excel skills (VBA).
  • Experience as a quality auditor in retail chain management, Fast Moving Consumer Goods company, or corporate role.
  • Experience with data analysis in quantitative fields and building data and decision support systems.
