I korthet

As a Senior Associate in Amazon's Global Solutions and Risk Compliance (GSRC) team in Bengaluru, India, you will review product information against regulatory documentation using Amazon-specific tools to ensure compliance. You will collaborate with managers and process experts, maintain records, and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, while also mentoring peers.

Ansvarsområden

  • Review latest product information as per Standard Operations Procedures (SOP).
  • Cross-check product information against relevant regulatory documentation.
  • Classify products using Amazon-specific tools to ensure compliance requirements are met.
  • Address deviations from standard SOPs and seek guidance from managers and Process Experts.
  • Maintain detailed records of assigned tasks and utilize standardized reports to prioritize work.
  • Meet Quality, Productivity, and Service Level Agreement targets.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and collaborate with partner teams to explore automation (e.g., Excel queries).
  • Share feedback on team SOPs to contribute to operational process refinement.
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Support peers by answering queries and providing process-level training.

Krav

  • Ability to use Microsoft Excel for filtering, sorting, cell referencing, pivot tables, and data validation.
  • Basic understanding of SQL, including self-servicing defined queries and making simple changes to retrieve data.
  • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management tools for managing customer data and tracking interactions.
  • Attention to detail and ability to analyze and identify patterns across data sets and information.
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to find solutions through logic, intuition, creativity, and design thinking.
  • Commitment to investigation, research, and diving deep to seek facts.
  • Ability to understand, interpret, critique, analyze, and communicate data.
  • Experience in oral and written communication in English.
  • Knowledge of consumer product compliance processes and regulations.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or business.
  • 2+ year work experience in Business Process Outsourcing (accounting, regulatory compliance, payment processing, IT services, human resources, quality assurance).
  • Advanced Excel skills (VBA).
  • Knowledge of database querying (SQL).
  • Experience as a quality auditor in retail chain management, Fast Moving Consumer Goods company, or corporate role.
  • Experience with data analysis in quantitative fields and building data and decision support systems.
