The Global Solutions and Risk Compliance (GSRC) organization seeks a Senior Compliance Associate to review product information against regulations using Amazon tools. This role involves classifying products, working with managers and process experts, maintaining records, and identifying process improvement opportunities. The position is based in Bengaluru, India.

Ansvarsområden

  • Review product information as per Standard Operations Procedures (SOP) and cross-check against regulatory documentation.
  • Classify products using Amazon-specific tools to ensure compliance with availability requirements.
  • Collaborate with managers and Process Experts to address SOP deviations and seek guidance.
  • Maintain detailed records of assigned tasks and utilize reports to prioritize work and meet targets.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, such as using Excel queries.
  • Provide feedback on team SOPs and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Mentor peers by answering queries and providing process-level training.

Krav

  • Ability to use Microsoft Excel for filtering, sorting, cell referencing, pivot tables, and data validation.
  • Basic understanding of SQL for self-servicing defined queries and making simple data retrieval changes.
  • Knowledgeable in Customer Relationship Management tools for managing customer data and tracking interactions.
  • Attention to detail and ability to analyze and identify patterns across data sets and information.
  • Problem-solving skills using logic, intuition, creativity, and design thinking.
  • Commitment to investigation, research, and diving deep to seek facts.
  • Ability to understand, interpret, critique, analyze, and communicate data.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of consumer product compliance processes and regulations.
  • Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • 1+ years of data-driven business operations processes experience.
  • Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level.
  • Knowledge of basic SQL queries.
  • Experience working in a fast-moving consumer business.
  • Experience with quantitative analysis including database analysis and Excel.
