Krav
- 3+ years of quality assurance engineering experience, or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience using computers and the internet.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Experience working with large datasets to identify trends and patterns for decision-making.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, material science, physics, or equivalent, or an Associate's degree.
- 2+ years of fraud/risk investigations experience.
- 3+ years of implementing metric-based strategies using continuous improvement concepts, or 2+ years of fraud identification, detection, investigation, and analysis experience.
