I korthet

As a Product Compliance Specialist I at Amazon's Global Product Verification team in Hyderabad, you will be responsible for improving product verification workflows to detect issues like counterfeit, used, or damaged products. You will also write SOPs, conduct root cause analysis, handle escalations, and train team members, working to maintain marketplace integrity.

Ansvarsområden

  • Own and improve product verification workflows (Bin Checks, Test Buys, Metrology, ML model labelling).
  • Detect counterfeit, used-sold-as-new, damaged, wrong item, and expired products.
  • Write and maintain SOPs and workflows.
  • Perform root cause analysis and handle escalations.
  • Train team members on policies and best practices.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and risk signals.
  • Create and use reports to improve process metrics.
  • Support upstream and downstream detection systems.

Krav

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
  • 3+ years of quality assurance engineering experience OR Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, computer science, operations research, business analytics, information systems, or equivalent.
  • Experience working with large datasets to determine trends/patterns for decision-making.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, material science, physics, or equivalent, OR Associate's degree.
  • 2+ years of fraud/risk investigations experience.
  • 3+ years of implementing metric-based strategies using continuous improvement concepts, OR 2+ years of fraud identification, detection, investigation, and analysis experience.
