Alstom is seeking a full-time Procurement Tender Manager in Saint-Bruno, QC, to lead tender procurement activities. The role involves managing product procurement references, defining procurement strategies, and coordinating with cross-functional teams and suppliers to ensure competitive tender costs and scope. A Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in project management, sourcing, engineering, or quality are required.

Ansvarsområden

  • Build robust and competitive tender procurement costs, scope, and schedule commitments.
  • Coordinate pre-tendering activities and manage product procurement references.
  • Ensure alignment with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Lead competitiveness reviews and manage commitment construction with sourcing teams.
  • Promote Alstom’s Code of Ethics and adhere to the highest standards of ethical conduct.

Krav

  • Bachelor’s degree in purchasing, engineering, project management, or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, sourcing, engineering, or quality.
  • Bilingual: French and English required.
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment.
  • Strong communication skills and team spirit.
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and drive results.
  • Rigorous and structured approach to work.
  • International mindset.
