ABB is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage global strategic sourcing, supplier relationships, and cost optimization for electrical components and equipment. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, a minimum of 7 years of experience in global sourcing, and fluent English communication skills. The work model is on-site.

Ansvarsområden

  • Conduct export market strategic sourcing and supplier layout for electrical components and equipment.
  • Collaborate with Business Units to understand technical specifications and formulate global sourcing strategies.
  • Lead global RFQ, quotation review, price comparison, business negotiation, and framework agreement signing.
  • Implement global cost reduction plans and continuously optimize procurement costs.
  • Cooperate with quality and engineering teams to ensure global supply quality and compliance.
  • Manage relationships with global electrical suppliers, control delivery lead times, and resolve disputes.
  • Research global electrical supply chain trends and optimize supplier structure.
  • Standardize global procurement processes and manage procurement risks.

Krav

  • Bachelor degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Automation, or Electronic Information.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in global strategic sourcing for electrical products.
  • Familiarity with electrical components & complete equipment procurement.
  • Experience in overseas supplier development and cross-border projects.
  • Fluent English for business communication, meetings, contract drafting, and technical document review.
  • Knowledge of electrical product global standards, safety certifications, and industry supply chains.
  • Proficient in cross-border procurement, strategic supplier management, and framework agreement management.
  • Proficient in MS Office and data analysis tools.
  • Strong capability in cost analysis, quotation evaluation, and project coordination.
  • Strategic mindset and strong cost awareness.
  • Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with overseas teams across time zones.
  • Reliable and highly execution-oriented.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Spanish is a plus.
  • Power BI, Power App, and AI skills are a plus.
  • Knowledge of international electrical certification standards (IEC, NEMA; GOST, Australian, Chilenean…).
  • Existing overseas electrical supplier resources.
  • Working experience in large foreign-invested or manufacturing enterprises.
