ABB is seeking a Procurement Project & Process Specialist in Austria to lead cross-functional projects in process improvement and digitalization. This hybrid role involves analyzing processes, implementing digital solutions, and coordinating stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects focused on process improvement, digitalization, Procurement Excellence, and new ways of working.
  • Analyze existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into practical solutions.
  • Drive the implementation, rollout, and continuous development of digital solutions, including procurement tools, reporting platforms, and AI-driven technologies.
  • Coordinate stakeholders across Procurement, IT, and the business, supporting change management, user adoption, training, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Krav

  • Experience in Procurement, Project Management, Process Improvement, Business Transformation, Business Analysis, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience coordinating or leading projects, with the ability to structure work, manage priorities, engage stakeholders, and drive initiatives from concept to implementation.
  • Good understanding of business processes and digital solutions.
  • Mandatory communication skills in German and English, written and spoken.
  • A proactive and structured team player with excellent stakeholder management skills.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience with SAP MM, SAP Ariba, eProcurement platforms, SharePoint, or similar systems is an advantage.
  • Strong interest in digital transformation, process optimization, and the adoption of innovative tools and technologies.
  • Process improvement mindset and the ability to analyze existing ways of working, identify opportunities, and turn them into actionable improvements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across countries, functions, and organizational levels.
