Ansvarsområden
- Engineer and maintain procurement dashboards, reports, and executive summaries.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and transparency across procurement systems and reporting tools.
- Support audits, compliance requirements, and internal controls related to procurement activities.
- Prepare materials for internal reviews, governance forums, and management presentations.
- Track, analyze, and report KPIs related to Direct Material, Indirect Material, and Supplier Performance Management.
- Organize and execute Performance Reviews across all departments within Procurement Americas.
- Contribute to the development, engineering, standardization, and continuous improvement of Procurement processes and analytical standards.
- Identify process inefficiencies and support continuous improvement initiatives across procurement operations.
- Support data governance and maintain accuracy across procurement systems and databases.
- Prepare clear and concise summaries and executive-ready insights for management reviews.
- Create, coordinate, and follow up on training plans for new team members.
- Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives, including coordinating and managing Global Visitor agendas.
Krav
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- 2–5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain analytics, finance, engineering, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex data and insights in a clear and effective manner.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Strong presentation and stakeholder communication skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
