As a Procurement Manager in Global Procurement Central Services (GPCS), you will lead a team specializing in tail spend management, encompassing reactive sourcing and proactive unmanaged spend analysis. You will champion AI-powered tools and automation to enhance efficiency and compliance, while building strong stakeholder relationships and driving key performance metrics.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead a team of procurement professionals executing reactive tail spend sourcing and proactive unmanaged spend analysis to expand catalog coverage and reduce non-compliant purchasing.
  • Champion the adoption and development of AI-powered tools and automation technologies to enable autonomous sourcing.
  • Ensure adherence to Amazon's Global Spending and Transaction Policy and drive compliance to GPO procurement policies.
  • Build effective stakeholder relationships with business requesters, Category Management teams, and external suppliers.
  • Drive delivery of key performance metrics including savings opportunities, catalog coverage expansion, and supplier diversity inclusion.
  • Partner with other procurement leaders on regional and global projects to optimize tail spend management.
  • Contribute to achievement of Procurement's annual targets for managed spend, cost savings, and compliance rates.
  • Scope roles, recruit, and hire procurement professionals.
  • Mentor and develop team members through coaching on sourcing best practices and AI/automation tool proficiency.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Experience in Materials Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Operations, and/or Shipping Supplies
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and analytical platforms, including but not limited to the ability to analyze data using pivots and V-Lookups
  • Fluent in English (speak, write, and read)
  • 2+ years of management experience
