Amazon is seeking a Procurement Executive with transportation procurement experience to optimize carrier sourcing, contracting, and invoicing. This role involves coordinating with internal teams and external carrier partners, executing contracts, managing the self-invoicing cycle, and driving process improvements. The position is based on-site in Bengaluru, India.

Ansvarsområden

Coordinate carrier procurement, contracting, and self-invoicing across various transportation verticals (standard, AMXL last mile, air, rail).
Onboard and set up carrier partners, supporting expansion into new segments like quick commerce.
Execute and manage contracts.
Run the self-invoicing cycle, including manual rate negotiation and closure.
Prepare and distribute self-invoicing reports and manage VRID distribution.
Handle carrier invoicing disputes end to end.
Maintain and update rate cards, addendums, and supporting documentation.
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and trackers for carriers, rates, and invoices.
Identify and drive process improvements and automation opportunities.

Krav

Bachelor's degree, or experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or a related field.
Experience in a procurement organization performing vendor management, contract management, negotiating complex purchases, and bidding.
Knowledge of purchase orders and invoice payments.
Experience in negotiation and selling.
Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, macros, SQL, visualization tools - Tableau, Quicksight, etc.
Experience in transportation operations and industry knowledge.
