Tetra Pak is seeking a Processing Services Solutions Intern for their 2027 Internship Program in Bogota, Colombia. This role involves supporting the quoting process for plant components, collaborating on bundle offers, and providing technical assistance to internal teams and customers. Ansvarsområden

  • Support the quoting process by selecting and sizing valves, pumps, tank equipment, instruments, and other plant components, ensuring appropriate component proposals for each application.
  • Collaborate with other service categories to create bundle offers.
  • Create quote-based sales orders, generate part numbers for custom items, and follow up with suppliers for on-time and complete deliveries, resolving potential issues.
  • Provide technical support to internal teams and customers regarding documentation, application, maintenance, troubleshooting, and other technical aspects of the plant's component portfolio.
  • Work in a dynamic, customer-centric environment, requiring proactivity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Krav

  • Bachelor Studies in progress in Mechanical, Food, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • Desirable Skills / Knowledge: Microsoft Office (Excel intermediate); Power BI and SAP desirable.
  • Advanced English proficiency (fluent communication, strong written and spoken skills).
  • Availability for the full internship program from January 18 to June 14, 2027.
  • Graduation expected in July 2027 or afterwards.
  • Availability to work 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm.
