Ansvarsområden

Handling operational process tasks according to established procedures and quality standards.
Supporting domestic and international payment-related processes and services.
Collaborating with colleagues across Nordic countries to deliver excellent customer and operational support.
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing ideas to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Creating, maintaining and updating process documentation while continuously building process knowledge.

Krav

Communicative English skills (minimum B2 level).
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Previous experience in banking, finance or another financial institution.
Experience working in an international environment.
Interest in financial products and banking operations.
