Atlas Copco Group is seeking a Process Quality Engineer in Qingdao, China, to perform internal audits, monitor customer claims, and drive continuous improvement. Ansvarsområden

  • Perform internal audits (Layer audit, process audit, out of box audit).
  • Monitor customer claims, lead root cause analysis, and follow corrective actions.
  • Use Nexus to track customer claims and internal quality problems.
  • Monitor internal process control and quality performance, summarizing KPI results.
  • Analyze complex abatement system failures and follow up on continuous improvement actions.
  • Manage internal scrap performance and create improvement plans.
  • Solve complex process quality problems on the product line.
  • Lead weekly assembly process quality meetings.
  • Provide monthly quality reports.
  • Use Q-DAS to analyze performance test results.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, or automotive industry as a quality engineer.
  • Experience with QMS such as ISO9001, UL, ATEX.
  • Internal auditor certification is preferred.
  • Good communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese.
  • Technical and analysis skills necessary to understand assembly processes.
  • Root cause analysis of problem-solving experience required.
  • Skilled in advanced quality techniques and process characterization concepts such as SPC, control plan, and FMEA.
  • Ability to function in a team-oriented environment.
  • Quality/reliability knowledge and direct experience in managing manufacturing failure issues.
  • Ability to communicate with customers and lead the handling of customer claims.
