This role is for a Specialist in Accounts Payable, responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing invoice processing, ensuring timely vendor payments, and maintaining accurate transaction records. The position involves developing efficient policies, training team members, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures.

Ansvarsområden

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Accounts Payable team.
  • Manage the processing of invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Train and mentor team members, conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback.
  • Ensure compliance and maintain standard SOPs for all processes.

Krav

  • Proficient in Accounts Payable processes and Invoice Management Systems.
  • Strong client management and relationship-building skills.
  • Solid understanding of business acumen and operational excellence.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards in Accounts Payable.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • B.Com/M.Com/BBA/MBA or equivalent qualification.
  • Optional but valuable certifications: Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP), Certified Accounts Payable Manager (CAPM).
