The Process Lead, Alexa Shopping, will be responsible for end-to-end annotation tasks, stakeholder connect, process transition, metrics creation, and work prioritization. This role involves being a subject matter expert, creating SOPs, training associates, and identifying process improvement opportunities to drive solutions quality. The candidate will be the primary contact for Alexa Shopping's feature teams worldwide and must be comfortable liaising with remote teams.

Ansvarsområden

Manage process and operational escalations.
Drive data-oriented analysis and adoption of technology solutions for operational and business goals.
Manage stakeholder communication across multiple business lines on operational milestones, process changes, and escalations.
Identify process gaps and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve them.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and a referral point for peers and junior team members.
Support Ops manager in hiring, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Drive business/operational metrics through quantitative decision-making and tool adoption.
Meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment driven by complex software systems and processes.
Perform deep dives into processes and develop improvement solutions through automation.
Collaborate with other teams and SMEs to support the launch of new processes and services.

Krav

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Fluent in English (speak, write, read).
Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing operations environment.
Experience in managing critical operational processes with SLA responsibility.
Experience creating process improvement procedures.
Experience implementing process improvements.
Experience working cross-functionally to implement and optimize workflows.

Knowledge of CSV, JSON, Markdown, or Python.
Knowledge of machine learning approaches and algorithms.
