Tetra Pak seeks a Process Expert for their Plan to Fulfil (P2F) Manufacturing Planning and aATP team. This temporary role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining manufacturing processes, focusing on harmonization and digitization. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, a bachelor's degree, and strong stakeholder management skills.

Ansvarsområden

  • Design, implement and refine assigned processes.
  • Develop new process designs to improve standardization, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
  • Act as the guardian of standard by applying Design Authority principles.
  • Collaborate with other process teams and value streams.
  • Coordinate between sub teams in Plan to Fulfil and NCSP transversals for Master data design & migration, Testing, Data & Analytics.
  • Develop, manage, and update all supporting documentation.
  • Ensure processes are modelled correctly and meet required standards with the BPM Manager.
  • Keep up to date with IT vendor development pipelines to leverage vendor-led innovation.
  • Build and maintain a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Constantly assess external trends for the assigned process area.

Krav

  • 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Experience in Supply Planning, Production Planning and Customer Order confirmation.
  • Leadership and coaching skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Stakeholder management skills.
  • Planning / project management expertise.
  • Comfortable in working in an ambiguous environment.
  • Problem Solving, Conflict Management and Negotiation.
