I korthet

Tetra Pak seeks a Process Engineer in Budaörs, Hungary to drive operational excellence by optimizing manufacturing processes, reducing losses, and ensuring safety and quality. This role requires strong problem-solving and analytical skills for improving KPIs and leading improvement teams.

Ansvarsområden

  • Improve performance indicators through loss reduction methods.
  • Monitor production results of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyze losses and set effective solutions to reduce or eliminate them.
  • Drive improvements according to priorities and lead improvement teams.
  • Ensure conditions for safety, product quality, and machine efficiency.
  • Maintain process or machine conditions by auditing standards.
  • Create or update work instructions and training materials.
  • Deliver trainings to operators.

Krav

  • University or college degree in Technical Engineering fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the production area.
  • Fluency in both Hungarian and English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Analytical thinking.
  • Ability to handle a high workload.
  • Good communicator and presenter.
  • High level MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Mechanical Engineering degree is a benefit.
