Ansvarsområden
- Develop, implement, and sustain manufacturing processes.
- Ensure safe, high-quality, and cost-effective production.
- Support day-to-day production and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure successful execution of new product launches.
- Troubleshoot processes on the shop floor.
- Support off-shift production issues as needed.
- Work in a production environment with shop floor presence required.
Krav
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-5+ years in manufacturing or process engineering
- Experience supporting high-volume production environments
- Hands-on shop floor experience troubleshooting processes
- Exposure to root cause problem solving (8D, 5 Why)
- Exposure to SPC and process capability analysis
- Exposure to Lean / continuous improvement initiatives
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Automotive or regulated manufacturing experience
- APQP / PPAP exposure
- Experience with automated assembly equipment
- Willingness to work in a production environment
- Occasional extended hours during launches or critical issues
- Ability to travel (limited) for training or equipment support if required.
