Tetra Pak is looking for a Process Engineer in Brooklyn Park, MN, to design and implement filtration process system solutions. This role involves developing P&IDs, calculating utility requirements, and providing on-site commissioning support, with up to 35% global travel. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in food and plant engineering.

Ansvarsområden

Clarify and validate technical requirements of filtration process system solutions.
Develop and maintain Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) using AutoCAD.
Calculate and compile utility requirements (water, steam, cooling, compressed air, power).
Update and revise P&IDs and utility calculations.
Conduct site visits to assess and document existing filtration systems.
Provide on-site commissioning support during system startup.
Contribute to the development and improvement of internal engineering tools and standards.
Lead and/or participate in product development and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with Plant Integration teams globally.
Partner with customers and cross-functional teams in an international environment.
Take ownership of technical solution quality, project performance, food safety compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
Apply expertise in industry equipment standards, system installation practices, fluid handling, instrumentation, and commissioning.

Krav

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
Minimum 3+ years of previous experience in food and plant engineering delivering process solutions.
Ability to draw, read and understand a process and instrumentation diagram (PID).
Intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD and drawing platforms.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize process equipment and systems.
Excellent communication, planning, and leadership skills.
Proven ability to solve complex problems and drive results in a collaborative environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Hexagon SSP, SAP and Microsoft Planview knowledge as a plus.
Experience in process engineering and field implementation within the dairy, beverage, pharmaceutical, or other regulated manufacturing industries is preferred.
Prior experience in food processing, plant engineering, and the delivery of process solutions is highly desirable.

Annual Base Salary Range: $86,700.00 – $111,400.00 USD
