We are seeking a Process Control Specialist for our ESST Supply Chain team in Tallinn, Estonia, to enhance material handling operations. This full-time hybrid role involves monitoring, maintaining, and improving processes, tools, and systems, requiring at least 2 years of experience in logistics or a bachelor's degree in SCM.

Ansvarsområden

  • Maintain and update material handling processes and ways of working.
  • Ensure MH software meets business and process requirements.
  • Lead incremental change initiatives based on data and process analysis.
  • Participate in material management related projects.
  • Drive material handling related KPIs.
  • Foster cooperation and collaboration in material handling.
  • Lead internal audits for material handling in ESST and participate where needed.
  • Create and update work instructions and procedure instructions.
  • Conduct training for Material Handling Operations trainers.

Krav

  • Minimum of 2 years work experience from Logistics/Material handling or bachelor’s degree in SCM.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations, policies, and procedures for material handling.
  • Six sigma yellow belt and experience with lean toolbox (e.g., 6 Sigma, Value stream mapping).
  • Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable operational improvements.
  • Proficiency in creating Power BI dashboards and using AI solutions.
  • Previous experience or theoretical knowledge of business process mapping and workflow design.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for persuasion and explaining complex processes.
  • Analytical skills, proactive approach, and attention to detail.
  • English proficiency (speaking, writing, presenting).
  • Russian language proficiency at a speaking level (B1/B2).
