Tetra Pak is seeking a Process Cell Manager for Pre Press & Printing in Binh Duong, Vietnam, to oversee production lines, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to budget. The role involves managing KPIs, problem-solving, coordinating processes, and leading team development with a focus on WCM activities and safety.

Ansvarsområden

  • Responsible for the operation of the production line.
  • Manage production key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Take prompt action to solve process problems to ensure safety, product quality, machine efficiency etc.
  • Coordinate between different working processes of the whole production line.
  • Manage team and employee development.
  • WCM Activities in the Factory.
  • Follow and promote safety norms and standards.

Krav

  • At least 5-6 years of experience in managing production, a technical area, or a small team.
  • Strong TPM or WCM experience.
  • Mechanical background.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Basic Knowledge of Tetra Pak production processes.
  • Multi-process experience will be an added advantage.
