Ansvarsområden
- Contact insurance companies to verify eligibility and obtain prior authorization.
- Request missing or incomplete payer information and update patient information.
- Handle inbound calls to deliver professional customer service and resolve inquiries.
- Process payments and address customer complaints at the first point of contact.
- Log, process, and monitor service requests.
- Provide customers with product and service information and offer upsell opportunities.
- Manage and update account-wise customer interactions daily.
- Achieve key and critical performance targets.
- Maintain effective work procedures as per client process workflows and HCL policy guidelines.
- Adhere to US healthcare compliance measures.
