We are seeking a diligent and enthusiastic fresher for the role of RCM Customer Service Executive – Voice/Semi Voice/Non Voice at Sholinganallur, Tamil Nadu. This position involves interacting with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement, requiring strong communication skills and attention to detail. The role operates on US Shifts.

Ansvarsområden

Make outbound calls to healthcare providers and insurers to follow up on claims and payments.
Investigate and resolve issues with denied or underpaid claims.
Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions.
Conduct pre and post call analysis, documentation, and resolve tasks at first contact.
Update account-wise customer interactions daily.
Achieve critical performance targets.
Ensure efficiency in line with performance targets and process guidelines.
Identify problems and document business requirements using industry knowledge and tools.
Follow client process workflows and HCL policy guidelines.
